Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost

Exchanges

We currently offer replacements for defective or damaged items. For other exchanges, please return the item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or worn

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may already be processed and shipped.
